Lincoln Sees June Sales Increase

Lincoln marked a 17th consecutive month of increased sales in June, as the company announced that retail sales were up 11.3 percent when compared to June 2016 results. Through the first half of 2017, Lincoln retail sales are up 8.9 percent in a year-to-year analysis.

Continuing consumer demand for SUVs fueled June's performance, as the Lincoln MKC gained 15.8 percent on sales of 2,304 vehicles. The Lincoln MKT was up 10.8 percent for the month, while the Lincoln Navigator saw June sales increase 6.3 percent and the Lincoln MKX was up 0.4 percent. Overall, sales of Lincoln SUVs improved 7.3 percent in June.

For the year-to-date, Lincoln SUVs are up 1.4 percent with the Lincoln MKC growing sales by 11.2 percent and the Lincoln MKX is up 2.7 percent.

The all-new 2018 Lincoln Navigator, featuring a 3.5-liter engine and a 10-speed transmission, will be arriving at dealerships later this year.
